The accommodation was impeccably clean. Lovely kitchen area and the room was small but adequate. Bathroom was very small with no shelf to pit anything, but only there a few nights so manageable. I would definitely use it again. Only downside was at 7am every morning the bins outside our balcony were emptied by a bin lorry which woke us up each day but that has nothing to do with the accommodation. Only about 20 minute walk from busy town centre which was perfectly safe at night so quiet area. | Liked: cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities

Room is comfy, bathroom very clean with hot water, and dining room was perfect. Coffee maker, water boiler to make tea and coffee. Bus to Firenze SMN is very close. Convenient store available nearby. Eselunga supermarket is reachable on foot, just 1 block behind the poperty. Definitely outstanding room to stay with proper rate. Very recommeded place to stay for holiday stay longer in the room..

It’s a very beautiful place that makes you feel at home. The only downside is that there is no interaction with staff, so I felt a little lost when I first arrived. However, I contacted someone via WhatsApp, and they were very helpful and responsive. There was also some noise when other guests came in and slammed the doors, which woke me up a few times during the night. Perhaps some signage asking guests to be mindful of noise, especially at night, could help. Other than that, the place is great. It’s about a 18 minute walk to the historic centre, and I felt safe walking back to the accommodation from the centre at night. One thing to note: despite what some previous reviews mention, there is no breakfast or croissants. There is only a coffee machine available. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this place. | Liked: cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities

Excellent location and facilities when in the room I.e. small kitchen.

☺They let you store your luggage before and after staying. Central to explore Florence on foot. Easy access with lift.

☹Nothing
