Bathroom was very small with no shelf to pit anything, but only there a few nights so manageable. I would definitely use it again. Only downside was at 7am every morning the bins outside our balcony were emptied by a bin lorry which woke us up each day but that has nothing to do with the accommodation. Moehammad Refiandy37 days agoRoom is comfy, bathroom very clean with hot water, and dining room was perfect. Coffee maker, water boiler to make tea and coffee. Bus to Firenze SMN is very close. Convenient store available nearby. Eselunga supermarket is reachable on foot, just 1 block behind the poperty. Definitely outstanding room to stay with proper rate. Juliana41 days agoIt’s a very beautiful place that makes you feel at home. The only downside is that there is no interaction with staff, so I felt a little lost when I first arrived. However, I contacted someone via WhatsApp, and they were very helpful and responsive. There was also some noise when other guests came in and slammed the doors, which woke me up a few times during the night. Perhaps some signage asking guests to be mindful of noise, especially at night, could help. Other than that, the place is great. It’s about a 18 minute walk to the historic centre, and I felt safe walking back to the accommodation from the centre at night. One thing to note: despite what some previous reviews mention, there is no breakfast or croissants. There is only a coffee machine available. The hotel has an excellent location – in the historic center of Florence, within walking distance of the main attractions, which made exploring the city very convenient. The hosts were kind, responsive and ready to help with useful tips and information. Breakfast is served in a traditional Italian cafe in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. It was delicious, freshly prepared and created a great mood to start the day. The hotel offers very good value for money. If we visit Florence again, we would be happy to stay here again. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient location, hospitality and comfort at a reasonable price.

Chiara and Domenico are incredible, very attentive to every detail and responded quickly to messages, helping us with various tips. The room is great, spacious, comfortable, well-lit, with space for suitcases and clothes, and a wonderful bed and pillows, as well as good bed linen and towels! The shower is excellent, especially after a day walking around the city. The entire B&B is very clean and daily room cleaning is available. Highlights include the peace and quiet of the space guaranteeing a good rest, the elevator that helps with luggage, the coffee available for guests, and Chiara and Domenico's attention in allowing us to check in earlier and store our luggage on the last day. I only have praise and positive points to highlight. The location is excellent, exactly 17 minutes from the Duomo on foot, close for sightseeing but far from the noise and with important comforts. A tip for those arriving with luggage is to take the T2 tram which drops you off on the street behind the B&B and saves you a lot of hassle. Our perfect destination on our return to Florence!
